Frequently Asked Questions About Our Product
Which side of aluminum foil should face the food?
Aluminum foil performs the same on both sides, so it does not matter which side touches the food.
Can you put aluminum foil in the microwave?
No. Aluminum foil should not be used in the microwave, as it can cause sparks and damage the appliance.
What’s the difference between baking paper and regular kitchen paper?
Baking paper is heat-resistant and suitable for oven use, helping prevent food from sticking. Kitchen paper towels are designed for cleaning and absorbing liquids, not for baking.
Can I flush kitchen paper towels down the toilet?
No. Kitchen paper towels are strong and absorbent and should be disposed of in the bin to avoid plumbing blockages.
Is toilet paper safe for plumbing systems?
Yes. Toilet paper is made from 100% cellulose and is water-soluble, making it suitable for safe use in standard household plumbing systems.
Are paper cups recyclable?
Paper cups are designed to be recyclable where local recycling facilities support them. Please check local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.
