Instructions for preparation
1️⃣ Preheating the oven
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2️⃣ Preparing salmon
- Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of baking paper. Rimmed.
- Brush the fillets with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Add the minced garlic, mustard, and honey (if using).

3️⃣ Adding vegetables and wrapping
- If desired, place some thinly sliced vegetables next to the salmon for more flavor and color.
- Place a few lemon slices on top of the salmon for a fresh flavor.
- Fold the edges of the paper tightly, creating an airtight package, so that steam remains inside during baking.

- Place the salmon packages in a baking dish and put them in the oven.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
5️⃣ Service:

- Serve the salmon immediately, accompanied by rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
Additional Tips
✔ If you prefer a stronger flavor, you can add a little white wine before sealing the paper.
✔ Baking in foil preserves the salmon's moisture and natural flavor, avoiding the need for large amounts of fat.
