Sweet Easter bread is one of the most beloved and oldest Easter dishes. It is characterized by a sweet taste and softness. It is usually decorated with special Easter symbols.

PREPARATION:

Take 250 gr of flour and mix it with the yeast and lukewarm milk. Cover the dough with Rimmed Plastic Membrane ®️ and let it rest for 20 minutes to allow the dough to rise.

In another bowl, take the eggs, sugar, salt, and remaining flour and mix them all together.

Take the previously prepared mixture after 20 minutes and mix it together. Slowly add the melted butter until you have a soft dough. Leave it covered with the Rimmed Plastic Membrane ®️ until the dough doubles in size.

Place Rimmed Baking Paper ® in a cake pan and spread the dough. Place the pan in the oven until the dough rises. Once the dough has risen, take an egg yolk and brush the top with a pastry brush.

Bake at 150°C for 35-40 minutes. 

You can put eggs in the middle of the dough, it depends on your desire.
